Expert Service

Mechanical polishing is a necessary first step for all nickel plating, but it is also offered as a stand-alone service for those applications where purity is essential but the corrosion resistance of a nickel plated surface is not required. Our proprietary polishing process results in a mirror like finish. The complete cylinder is then placed under a nitrogen cap to insure the integrity of the polished surface is protected through shipment and delivery.

ELECTROLESS NICKEL PLATING

Expert Finish

In this process, nickel is autocatalytically  deposited on the interior of the polished cylinder as a phosphide complex. The proven success of our unique proprietary plating process is insured by the strict parameters and controls adhered to by our organization.  The resulting corrosion resistant, non-porous, low stress and passivated surface is a protection for the highly corrosive gases the industry provides. Our process does not compromise the integrity or the pressure rating of the cylinder.
